Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on destination:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons once unsealed

  • Perishable goods or items past their expiration date

  • Items that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

Refunds will only be issued after we receive the returned item or valid proof of delivery.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued once the return is received.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
